With a recipe for success, Bhavesh hopes to reach 75 Burger King Restaurants within the next 3 years.
Mahesh makes the every day decisions that are crucial to the Parade Franchise. Handling vendors, budgets, remodels and new plans for restaurant openings, he has achieved lower costs and increased productivity.
With over 20 years in the industry, Jahangir understands the role and importance technology plays with Burger King. Overseeing the every day challenges restaurants face with equipment failure, he strives to implement the latest technology to ensure stability and improve efficiency.
Apoorva manages Parade's cash flow from the restaurants to the bank and out to the vendors. Reconciling accounts daily, he keeps the owners informed on the health of the company.
Reviews and reconciles all vendor invoices along with posting and reconciling bank deposits and transfers.
With over 35 years of experience in the Fast Food Industry, it's no surprise that Parade's operations have had a direct impact on the success of the company. He has led the Parade Franchise to achieve some of the highest in brand standards for Burger King.
With over 15 years of experience in Burger King, Tejas has helped develop the operational systems in his district to contribute to the growth of the Parade Franchise. In addition to overseeing upwards of 8 restaurants, he is also a registered ServSafe exam proctor for more than 10 years.
With over 40 years experience in the business, Patti has brought many levels of effective training and knowledge to her team by managing up to 8 restaurants and over 200 employees. Patti's understanding of building culture in her teams and her understanding running great restaurants is valuable to the success and growth of Parade.
With more than 30 years experience, Ray has managed as many as 10 restaurants and 300 employees. He has consistently led these restaurants in building sales and creating a culture of "Guest is King." Ray's leadership in Parade continues to shine by implementing effective management skills to his team.
With 30 years in Burger King, Kay has the knowledge and experience to bring success to one of the more challenging Districts in Parade. Her dedication to training and leading by example is the reason why she has been awarded Burger King's Best of the Best and King's Court on multiple occasions.
